Refund Policy

1. Virtual Credits Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of virtual credits (“Credits”) on DoubleWin are final and non-refundable. Credits are digital entertainment tokens with no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other form of payment.

2. No Withdrawal Policy

DoubleWin does not offer withdrawals. Credits exist solely for use within the Platform for entertainment purposes. Once purchased, Credits remain in your account and can only be used to play games on DoubleWin.

3. Exceptions

In the following limited circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion:

  • Unauthorized Transactions — If your account or payment method was used without your authorization, contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Technical Errors — If a system error resulted in duplicate charges or incorrect amounts being charged, we will investigate and correct the issue.
  • Credits Not Delivered — If payment was successfully processed but Credits were not added to your account, please contact support and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us through our Support page with the following information:

  • Your account address or email
  • Date and amount of the transaction
  • Transaction ID or payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to review all refund requests within 3–5 business days and will notify you of the outcome via email or through the Platform.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting DoubleWin support may result in the suspension of your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining Credits in your account.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Please review this page periodically for updates.
