By accessing and using DoubleWin (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. Your continued use of DoubleWin constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DoubleWin. DoubleWin is an entertainment-only platform — credits are for gameplay purposes only and hold no real-world monetary value. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement.

3. Account & Wallet

DoubleWin uses blockchain-based wallet authentication. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. We do not store or have access to your private keys. Any transactions made from your connected wallet are your responsibility.

4. Game Rules & Fairness

All games on DoubleWin use provably fair algorithms verified on-chain. Game rules, odds, and RTP (Return to Player) are transparently displayed for each game. By placing a bet, you accept the specific rules and odds of that game. Results are determined by VRF (Verifiable Random Function) and cannot be altered after a bet is placed.

5. Credits & Purchases

Credits can be purchased on BNB Chain using BNB, USDT, or USDC. Credits are for entertainment and gameplay purposes only — they hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or redeemed. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Please play responsibly.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bugs
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with games
  • Engage in money laundering or any illegal financial activity
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' experience

7. Limitation of Liability

DoubleWin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, wallet security breaches, or blockchain network issues. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
